The RFP seeks cybersecurity solutions with a bid submission deadline of September 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Key project details include network access control for approximately 5,500 total devices across wired and wireless networks, patch management utilizing SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and a requirement for materials to be asbestos and lead-free.

The addendum addresses vendor questions regarding specific technical requirements, submission guidelines, and proposal components. Vendors must submit one original and two copies of their proposal, including a bid form, notarized familial relationship disclosure, Iran Sanctions Act certification, and a school safety affidavit. The district is seeking a third-party solution that integrates with SCCM to automate patching processes but does not require assistance with SCCM configuration. Electronic submissions are preferred, with USB flash drives acceptable, and A4-sized letterhead is permitted for the Bid Cost Form.

Questions

1. Patch Management Requirements – In 2.k.i the RFP mention providing Microsoft updates through

SCCM. Since SCCM can also be used to push out files, applications, and settings, (request of 2.k.ii) we are wondering beyond that capability, what is desired?

a. We are looking for a 3rd party solution that integrates with SCCM or Intune that makes the patching process more automated.

2. Do you seek assistance with configuring SCCM or other support?

a. No. We do not need assistance with SCCM configuration.

3. Would you like to see pricing for Intune Managed Services as an alternate option?

a. We are not interested in Intune Management as a service.

4. Network Access Control Requirements – Are you looking for network access control on both wired and wireless networks? If wired networks are included, can you provide a count of all hardware that plugs into an access layer switch?

a. Wired and wireless. Approximately 5,500 total devices connected. This includes cameras and phones as well as end user devices.

5. Since the submission method is hard copy, can the Bid Cost Form be printed on A4-sized letterhead for inclusion in our proposal?

a. Yes, A4 sized is fine.

6. For the required electronic copy, is it acceptable to provide the files on a USB drive?

a. Please see Instructions to Bidders Part 1, item 2. Electronic copy is preferred. USB flash drive is fine.

7. Could you please clarify what constitutes a “complete bid response”? Based on our understanding, the submission should include, One Bid Cost Form, Attachment C: Familial Relationship Disclosure

(notarized), Attachment D: Iran Sanctions Act Certification, Attachment E: School Safety Affidavit, If there are any additional documents or requirements to be included in the complete bid response, please let us know.

a. Please refer to the Instructions to Bidders attachment. You must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of your proposal.

i. Each proposals includes:

1. Bid form (Attachment B)

2. Notarized Familial Relationship (Attachment C)

3. Iran Sanctions Act (Attachment D)

4. School Safety Affidavit (Attachment E)

8. The RFP requires proof that all materials are asbestos-free and lead-free. Would it be acceptable to simply acknowledge this requirement in our response, or do you require supporting documentation or certification to be submitted with the proposal? If certification is required, could you please specify the type of certification or acceptable proof?

a. Acknowledgement that it is asbestos and lead is fine.
