About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the Camarillo Sanitary District in California, outlining maintenance requirements for generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) equipment. The District operates six generators distributed across two facilities: two units at the Water Reclamation Plant and four at various Pump Stations. Each generator requires one minor maintenance service and one major maintenance service annually. Additionally, the District operates six ATS units—two at the Water Reclamation Plant and four at the Pump Stations—each requiring annual maintenance. The scope of work establishes the framework for contractor selection to provide these essential maintenance services to ensure operational reliability of the District's power generation and transfer equipment.

The document specifies the maintenance service requirements necessary to maintain equipment functionality and compliance with operational standards. Bidders are expected to provide comprehensive maintenance service proposals covering both minor and major generator maintenance cycles as well as complete ATS maintenance procedures. The contract will establish terms for ongoing annual maintenance services across both facility locations, with the contractor responsible for scheduling and executing services according to District specifications and operational needs.
