Scope of Work Organization Date: April 5, 2022

Amistad Power Plant U.S. Section, (IBWC) 670 Spur 349 International Boundary and Water Commission Del Rio, TX 78840

Objective

Purchase of One (1) CPX05 Module, Two (2) MAC01 Modules and Two (2) TTM01 Modules for Exciters 1&2.

Requirements

• Ship equipment and any attachments to the Amistad Power Plant at vendor's expense

• Provide all technical manuals on the new equipment

• Provide warranty on all equipment

• Two (2) MAC01 Modules.

• Two (2) TTM01 Modules.

• One (1) CPX05 Module.

Justification

TTM01 Modules are the digital interface to the thyristor bridge and responsible for generating thyristor triggering pulses and monitoring of the thyristor bridge. MAC01 Modules are the analog communications interface to the thyristor bridge and responsible for generating excitation triggering pulses and monitoring. Faulty TTM01's will cause the units to suddenly Trip and shut down creating unnecessary wear & possibly causing catastrophic damage.

Faulty MAC01's will cause the units to NOT excite and suddenly Trip and shut down creating unnecessary wear & possibly causing catastrophic damage. Needed to maintain daily generation operations and water releases requested by TCEQ and CILA.

Deliverables

• Two (2) MAC01 Modules.

• Two (2) TTM01 Modules.

• One (1) CPX05 Module.

Payments

The Contractor shall invoice for one-time purchase of equipment in accordance with this SOW.

All invoices must be submitted via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) at http://www.ipp.gov. Additional information will be provided with the award notice.

Payment shall be made in accordance with contract clause 52.212-4.
