About this file

This document is an addendum to Solicitation No. FWC 23/24-105 issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Road Capping at Apalachicola River Wildlife and Environmental Area. The project involves road capping work within the Apalachicola River Wildlife and Environmental Area, including the campground loop, totaling approximately 0.769 miles. The responses to the solicitation must be received by 2:30 PM ET on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. The addendum provides responses to four questions related to the project completion date, scope of work, renewal options, and grading requirements.

The solicitation requires competitive pricing for the road capping work, but does not provide any additional details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements or sources. The contract may include a renewal option for project completion if needed, but the location for any potential renewal year is limited to the same Apalachicola River Wildlife and Environmental Area.
