About this file
This document is Amendment 6 to an International Registration Plan Request for Proposals Contract (0A1245) between the State of Ohio's Department of Administrative Services and Celtic Cross Holdings Inc. The amendment was executed on September 25, 2025, modifying the original contract that was initially established on November 30, 2018.
The amendment introduces two primary modifications to the existing contract: first, changes to the 2290 Suspension process, including specific requirements for handling vehicle renewals, warning letters, and suspension notices; and second, a requirement to replace the current downloaded T file from PRISM/SAFER with an API interface for sending and receiving data. The amendment includes a not-to-exceed cost of $19,375.00 associated with these changes. The contract remains in full force and effect, with these updates becoming part of the original agreement. The amendment is part of an ongoing series of contract modifications, with this being the sixth amendment since the contract's inception, each addressing various system and process improvements.
