About this file

This is an AFMC Form 158 Packaging Requirements document establishing packaging and marking standards for federal procurement.

The document specifies packaging requirements for item 2995015314505GE under purchase instrument FD20302600591-00, requiring compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1 (Revision E) for military packaging and MIL-STD-129 (Revision R) for military marking. The packaging specification designates "MIL Long Line Packaging" at preservation level MIL and packaging level B. Unit pack dimensions are 47.00 pounds in weight with length 25.0 inches, width 19.0 inches, and depth 16.5 inches, resulting in a cube of 4.535. Supplemental packaging instructions require caps and plugs in accordance with NAS-847. Shipping containers must be marked per MIL-STD-129 with additional requirements for unit serial numbers, OEM names, or OEM model numbers as specified on the AFMC Form 158. The document was generated by packaging specialist Aaron D. Mallory (405-582-9768) at 406 SCMS/GULAA on November 20, 2025.
