Contract Summary

This is a Graduate Lincoln Group Agreement between the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska (Group) and Graduate Lincoln hotel (Supplier) for the UNL Recruits 2026 football recruiting event, contracted on February 20, 2026. The agreement covers eight separate recruiting events across multiple Big Ten states—Ohio, Bowling Green, North Dakota, Maryland, Indiana, Washington, and Ohio State—with event dates ranging from September 4 through November 22, 2026. The University of Nebraska, represented by Anne Hackbart (Office Administration), and Graduate Lincoln, represented by Jenae Boudreau (Director of Sales), are the primary parties to the agreement. A University of Nebraska Legal and Policy Compliance Addendum has been incorporated by reference, establishing governing law under Nebraska statutes and incorporating provisions related to federal compliance, debarment certification, public records, non-discrimination, insurance requirements, and dispute resolution.

The agreement reserves a total room block of 140 sleeping rooms across all events at a fixed rate of $229.00 per room night for Graduate Queen Queen room type, with anticipated total room block revenue of $32,060. Charges are to be direct billed to UNL Athletics as tax-exempt, with incidentals turned off for individual guests. Special concessions include breakfast for up to two people per room, one complimentary parking space per vehicle, and a 14-day cut-off for each block of rooms. The Group must provide notice of final guest attendance by 12:00 PM (noon) 45 business days prior to each event date. Cancellation fees are assessed on a tiered schedule ranging from 25% of total revenue (180+ days advance) to 100% (29 days or less advance). Payment terms require credit card authorization upon execution, with an optional direct billing arrangement if established in advance. The agreement establishes no fund guarantee with either party permitted to cancel for force majeure events, and all facilities and services are held on a tentative first-option basis until March 20, 2026.
