Re: Request for Proposal #AG23-0001 Outside Counsel Services
Dear Ms. Palmer:

As one of the Southwest’s largest and oldest law firms, Fennemore serves clients with effective and efficient legal counsel and we value the opportunity to provide information on the firm. Overall service quality and delivering value consistent with a budget are rightfully expected by clients and Fennemore makes these a service priority.
We offer competitive standard hourly rates and welcome a discussion with you on approaching matters on a project fee, blended fee or other alternative fee basis. We very much appreciate the opportunity to provide you with information about Fennemore, and the chance to continue our work with the Office of the Attorney General.
In responding to the State of Arizona’s Request for Proposal there were a few items in past contract years that required clarification in light of Fennemore’s various insurance provisions and its sizable practices that routinely interact with state agencies, departments, commissions and other subdivisions of the State of Arizona. Accordingly, as we have done in prior years, we would like to continue under the annual engagement agreements between Fennemore and the Attorney
