Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Notice of Contract Award
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) awarded a contract to Intuitive Information Systems Technologies, LLC DBA Chainbridge for the FEMA Applicant Case Tracker (FAC-TRAX).
The scope of the requirement is as follows: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is responsible for coordinating the delivery of Federal support to State, local and tribal governments and certain private non-profits under Stafford Act emergency or major disaster declarations. Such coordination generally involves multiple departments, agencies, jurisdictions, and non-Federal partners employing a broad range of assets and resources. Mindful of the needs of recovering communities, FEMA’s Public Assistance (PA) and Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Programs aims to provide efficient, effective recovery assistance to declared jurisdictions through the Public Assistance Grant Program and the Hazard Mitigation Assistance Grant Program as authorized by the Stafford Act and other authorities. This application supports activities of FEMA’s PA and HMA recovery operations. The application will capture data inputs and outputs, identified by the PA re-engineering effort and HMA business processes, which will then be utilized to provide business intelligence and analytics to improve delivery of the programs during disaster recovery operations and also enable the programs to enact proactive measures between disaster operations.
