Additional Q&A
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
The following are the questions submitted prior to receipt of quotes/proposals and their corresponding answers.
Question 1: Please confirm font size Times New Roman – 12 pt.
Response: Please reference the solicitation FAR provision 52.212-1 “Instructions to Offerors” and note there are no limitations like this included, so there is no font size mandate.
Question 2: Please confirm if there is a page limitation requirement note there are no limitations like this included, so there is no page limitation. However, if the quoter provides brochures, the quoter shall reference page and paragraph numbers where the specification information can be found to show that it meets the requirements in the SOW.
Question 3: Would you prefer the Technical response separate from the Pricing?
note there are no limitations like this included, so there is no mandate for this. Please also reference the first posted Q&A where other formatting questions have been asked and answered. Those may help quoters in understanding the requirements for this Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Commercial Item. Submission requirements for this RFQ are not as complicated as they would be on a request for full-blown proposal for a service or a FAR part 15 Acquisition.
Question 4: Do you want the RFQ response to be broken out into four separate sections as shown?
ATTACHMENT 1 – SOW - Technical
PRICE
ATTACHMENT 2 – HHS Subcontracting Plan Template ATTACHMENT 3 – Form FDA 3398
Response: Please see response to question #3 above; however, since Attachments 2 and 3 are separate and individual attachments, quoters should fill them out and return them as individual documents and not to combine them together into one document.
