A. This amendment provides vendor questions and Government responses (Q & A).

Q1)Who is the current incumbent contractor for this project?
Ans:There were two separate contractors servicing these three facilities: Multi-Corp and Coverall Service Company
Q2)What is the current contract number?
Ans:Multi-Corp (FCC12C0029) and Coverall (FCC17P0046)
Q3)Can this bid be extended for a week?
Ans:No.
Q4)Please provide a copy of the bid tabulations from the last time this was out for bid.
Ans:This information is unavailable
Q5)Can the FCC provide a pre-bid meeting and site visit for this job?
Ans:No. The SOW provides sufficient information for vendors to submit a proposal.
Q6)What is the current contract award amount?
Ans:Multi-Corp (FCC12C0029) base w/4-twelve month options - $104,777.70

Coverall (FCC17P0046) 6-month base w/o options - $3,900.00
