1. Reference Price Proposal Template:
Question: Can we change the annual QTY in the 6-month extension from 12 to 6 months and 600 to 300 hours?
Answer: An amended multimedia price proposal template has been added to the solicitation reflecting the verbiage for the 6-month extension.
2. PART I – PRICE PROPOSAL:
Question: Are we allowed to use a completed Price Proposal Template and not a completed Price Schedule to meet the PART I-PRICE PROPOSAL requirement?
Answer: The Price Schedule is the official document for the solicitation. The multimedia price proposal template is used for quick reference. Please submit both documents with your proposal.
3. Question: The pricing schedule for CLIN 004, Alert Services, requests a rate per hour for 50 hours/month and 600 hours/year. Per the workload estimate, these hours represent Alert Services after hours. The pricing schedule does not provide for pricing the 3600 hours for Alert Services during normal hours. Please add a provision to the pricing schedule to allow price submission for the 3600 hours of Alert Services during normal hours.
Answer: The previous workload estimate contained hours for Alert Services. The updated workload estimate broke out After Hours Alert Services. After hours and Business hours Alert Services have been accounted for on the amended Workload Estimates.
