MEMORANDUM FOR WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

SUBJECT: FA9101-21-Q-2012, Ka Band Amplifiers, Questions and Answers

1. There is a 40 week delivery for all 8 units. Is there any flexibility on this?

Due to current test schedules, the Government requires at least 4 units by the required date. The remaining units shall be delivered no later than 90 days after the initial delivery of units.

2. We can deliver 4 systems on or before the said date and 4 two months after. Is this something the Government willing to consider at all?

This is acceptable.

3. What do PCA and FCA stand for in the "Acceptance Test (PCA/FCA)”?

PCA: Physical Configuration Audit

FCA: Functional Configuration Audit
