MEMORANDUM FOR WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

SUBJECT: FA9101-18-Q-2014, Questions and Answers

1. What type of floorplan or layout is needed for each office building? (number of offices, closets, open space).

a) No specific floorplan layout is requested as long as the accommodations and requirements listed in the Requirements Document are met.

b) There are model numbers of modular facilities listed in the Requirements Document that the USAF researched in order to guide requirement generation.

2. Is there a site map or photos available?

a)

SW=Singlewide, 56’ x 12’

DW=Doublewide, 56’ x 24’

3. What type of foundation will modular sit on? (rocks, sand, soil.)

a) Rocks

4. Any grading required?

a) No

5. Who will supply the fuel for the generators?

a) The USAF will supply the fuel for the generators.

6. Is a Fire Alarm System required?

a) Not required

7. If Fire Alarm System is required, will a stand-alone be ok?

a) N/A

8. Will a layout of the floor plan be provided with all expected data/phone drops marked?

a) The contractor should provide the expected layout with the quote in order to clearly evaluate the quote against the Requirements Document.

b) The requirement for any phone/Internet/data ports has been removed.

9. Who is responsible for equipment, i.e, switches, racks?

a) The USAF will provide these items, if required by the occupants.

10. Who is to furnish and install backbone cabling?

a) No data cabling will be required; the data port requirement has been removed.

11. Are we connecting the data/phone or only providing drops?

a) The requirement for any data/phone drops has been removed.

b) The modular will only require power outlets in accordance with the updated

Requirements Document.
