Requirements Document
Modular Structures Lease/Rental for
586th Flight Test Squadron (586 FLTS) in support of
Light Attack Experiment II (LAE II) Testing
1.0 PURPOSE
The 586th Flight Test Squadron (586 FLTS) performs a variety of flight test missions to include testing joint advanced avionics, weapon development, flight test and photo/safety chase missions, and experimentation. The unit is now hosting the next iteration of the Light Attack Experiment (LAE II) testing and requires two (2) modular structures to serve as office space for 75 maintenance personnel.
2.0 SCOPE
1) The Contractor shall provide two (2) modular (pre-engineered) structures to provide office space for 75 multi-national personnel for 45 days. The modular structures shall meet the following requirements:
a. Modular structure #1 (Model SM6024 or equal)
i. Measure at least 56’ x 24’ and accommodate 50 people
ii. Must include the following:
Item Quantity
Folding Tables 6’ 9
Chairs 50
Steps (OSHA Aluminum) for each entry/exit
ADA/BC ramp with switchback 1
Restroom w/1x weekly service 2
Tanks (minimum of 250 gallon gray water and 100 gallons fresh water)
b. Modular structure #2 (Model MO6012 or equal)
i. Measure at least 56” x 12 and able to accommodate 25 people
ii. Must include the following:

Chairs 25
Steps (OSHA Aluminum) for each entry/exit
Restroom w/1x weekly service 1
Tanks (minimum of 250 gallon gray water and 100 gallons fresh water)
2) Delivery, installation, set up, and removal of both modular structures to include any leveling, tie downs, anchors, etc., is required. The structures must be secured to withstand wind gusts up to
50 mph.
3) The structures shall be delivered to Holloman AFB, and installed on the southwest side of building 1028.
3.0 SCHEDULE
1) The lease term shall last from 15 Jun – 1 Aug 2018.
2) Modular structures shall be delivered, assembled, and ready for use no later than 15 Jun 2018.
3) The contractor shall remove the structures within 10 days following the end of the lease period.
4.0 GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
4.1 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT (GFE)
1) The Government will provide electrical power to the modular via generator. The generators are
60 kw and 120/208 volts.
2) The Government will not provide any equipment in support of contractor efforts.
4.2 CONTRACTOR FURNISHED ITEMS AND SERVICES
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items, necessary to perform the work defined in this requirements document.
