1-Step Broad Agency Announcement Amendment 03
Federal Agency Name: Air Force Research Laboratory, AFRL/RQKMC
Broad Agency Announcement Title: Progressive Damage Model Benchmarking for Ceramic Matrix Composite Components in Turbine Engine Applications
Broad Agency Announcement Type: This is the third amendment announcement
Broad Agency Announcement Number: FA8650-19-S-5001 AMD 03
Amendment 03 provides the following answers to questions which have been submitted to the Government from 15 Oct 2018 through 07 Nov 2018.
Q-6.
1. Request an extension to the Proposal Due Date for the subject Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) until Tuesday, 20 November 2018.
Answer to Q-6.:
Page 1, Proposal Due Date and Time is hereby extended and changed to read as follows:
Proposal Due Date and Time: 20 November 2018, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 2:00 p.m., local time. NOTE: Proposal receipt after the due date and time shall be governed by the provisions of FAR 52.215-1(c)(3). It should be noted that this installation observes strict security procedures to enter the facility. These security procedures are NOT considered an interruption of normal Government processes, and proposals received after the above stated date and time as a result of security delays will be considered “late.” Furthermore, note that if offerors utilize commercial carriers in the delivery of proposals, they may not honor time-of-day delivery guarantees on military installations. Be advised, if the U.S. Postal Service is used, this building only receives U.S. Postal Mail twice a week and delivery by that means may not meet the proposal due date and time. Early proposal submission is encouraged.
