Answer: No
Question 4: Can we submit the proposals via email?

Question 5: What are the hours of operation for this position?
Answer: When a court reporter is needed, the hours would be for the entire time the case is being heard in front of the judge. This could be anywhere from an hour to eight hours per day. There is no way to guarantee how long it will take.
Question 6: How many cases per day, week, or month will take place?
Answer: Same as above, there is no way to determine how many cases per day, week or month will take place as it is a service that is needed on a case by case scenario. Not all EO complaints go to hearing and the ones that do are sporadic throughout the year.
Question 7: What are the instructions to offerors? Do we need to submit past performance?
Answer: Please see the solicitation document for specific instructions. Submission of past performance is not required.
