1 Q.) What is the amount of the past award and number of options for this new contract if any?
A. Amount of past award can’t be disclosed. In the solicitation a CLIN is present for the base year and two option year CLINS.
2 Q.) What is the name of the past awardee in case there is a past award information?
A. Previous award winner information is not needed for past performance. Review the SOW experience has to be a minimum of two years as a Church musician or worship team director. The resume submitted with your proposal should reflect this information. Additionally, FAR clause 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items states that conforming to the SOW and price are the only factors we are basing what is technically acceptable.
3 Q.) Is there an incumbent in place?
A. Incumbent has the option to quote on this solicitation but are not guaranteed the new contract.
5 Q.) Is there a volunteer in place?
A. No, we are soliciting to have someone fill this requirement need.
4 Q.) What is the schedule of the worship time?
A. Sundays 1100-1200 at Kittyhawk Chapel 5 Q.) Is there a musician in place who will act as an accompanist?
A. There’s a praise team consisting of a paid pianist, volunteer drummer, guitar, bass, and singers.
6 Q.) Is the Director required to have the ability to sight read and transpose music?
A.) Yes in order to be considered proficient (See SOW 3.1.)
7 Q.) Will this be a full time position?
A.) Part-time approximately 4 hours a week (See SOW 9.1 & 9.2) 8 Q.) What are the hours worked weekly?
A.) Weekly 2 hours rehearsal, plus 2 hours on Sunday (See SOW 9.1 & 9.2)
