Attachment 2: Evaluation Factors

Evaluation Factors

FACTOR 1: Mission Approach:

For submissions to be considered technically acceptable, offerors shall demonstrate the following

1) Offers must provide inspection /maintenance plans that demonstrate the offeror has an adequate understanding of the work required, adequate scheduling abilities, and adequate understanding of the following regulations:

1. NFPA 12, Standard on Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguishing Systems

2. NFPA 17, Dry Chemical Extinguishing Systems

3. NFPA 17A, Wet Chemical Extinguishing Systems

2) Information that clearly shows the offeror is a firm that regularly engages in the repair and maintenance of fire suppression equipment.

3) Information that proves the offereror has at least 5 years of experience working on High

Pressure CO2 systems, Dry Chemical Systems, and Wet Chemical Systems.

4) That the offeror has an adequate number of Ohio –certified electricians to perform the work described in the Statement of Work.

FACTOR 2: Price Data Factor Documentation

1) A cover letter stating that your proposal is good for no less than 120 days, a Point of

Contact

(Name, phone number, fax number, mailing address, and e-mail address).

2) Completed FAR 52.212-3 ( Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial

Items( Nov 2007)

3) A statement that the offeror and all subcontractors are in compliance with the Service

Contract Act(SCA) of 1965. It is the responsibility of the offeror and the subsequent contract awardee to comply with SCA.
