SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS
This is a solicitation for the procurement of the Antenna Subassembly in support of the WRX-700 Color Weather Radar System. This aquisition is for a three year Requirements Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with one basic contract period for 12 consecutive months and two 12 month ordering periods. Orders will not be subject to competition. Ordering Periods are being utilized in this contract as follows:
CLIN Contract Period Timeframes
0001 Basic Period Date of Award – 12 Months
1001 Ordering Period I 12 Months after Basic Period
2001 Ordering Period II 12 Months after Option Period I
The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) set forth for each ordering period is the estimated total quantity the Government expects to order over the ordering period of the contract. The BEQs do not represent a minimum or a maximum quantity. Failure of the Government to order the BEQ quantity will not entitle the contractor to an equitable adjustment in the price of the contract. Orders may be placed from time to time during each contract period.
