PART I - THE SCHEDULE

SECTION B

SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS

This is a Requirements type contract with five 12 month ordering periods. Orders will not be subject to competition. Options are being utilized in this contract as follows:

Orders may be placed from time to time during each contract period the pricing applies to the total quantity of an individual order. The total quantity of an order may consist of multiple line items (e.g.

multiple CLINs are expedient for multiple fund cites or individual shipping destinations.)

The BEQs in this contract are not a guarantee to the Contractor that the estimated quantities will be ordered, or that conditions affecting requirements will be stable or normal. Failure of the Government to acquire such items in amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" will not entitle the Contractor to any equitable adjustment.

QUANTITY RANGES ARE ENCOURAGED FOR EACH CLIN.

CALENDAR DAYS: All references to "days" are hereby defined as "calendar days", unless noted otherwise.

EARLY DELIVERY: Early delivery is acceptable and authorized, at no additional charge to the Government.

It is estimated that the proposal will be in excess of $2M, therefore Certified Cost and Pricing Data is required. If the Contractor needs additional information on CCPD proposals, please contact the Contracting Officer early in time period. Proposals must come with an electronic working cost model in excel format. As this effort is a follow on, proposed hours, materials, and other subcontracts shall be based on provided actuals. Specific attention should be paid to DFARS 252.215-7009 Proposal Adequacy Checklist which must be completed as submitted as part of the proposal and DFARS 252.215-7010 Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data. It is expected that the Certificate of Current Cost and Pricing Data will be executed within 3 business days of handshake agreement.

All Provisions in section K must be responded to unless already responded to within the Contractor’s Annual Reps and Certs filed on SAM.gov.
