The vendor shall document their development, modification and management of software processes, standards and practices (such as Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI), Maturity Level 3, or equivalent) in a Software Development Process Description Document.

The vendor shall provide a description of their software / programmable logic development environment to be used on this effort.

The description shall include the following:

a. Organizational Structure to include software/ programmable logic configuration management and software/ programmable quality assurance.

b. Identification of vendor software and programmable logic development processes for configuration management, quality assurance, and audits; while making the process documents available for review, if requested.

c. Identification of tools to be used, or currently in use to develop and maintain the software and/ or programmable logics.

d. List of planned hardware, software and programmable logic documents to be prepared for the development. List includes CDRL deliverables as well as internal process documents.

e. Description of the peer review process and products.

f. The methods used to acquired or auto generated code; such as reuse, COTS, Open Source, GOTS, etc.

g. Describe the testing process (all levels from desk checking to SV execution).

h. Provide “Coding Standards” and “Naming Conventions” employed.

BLK 8: The Government has 30 calendar days to review each data item submittal and provide comments back to the contractor. The contractor has 15 calendar days after receipt to incorporate Government comments, prepare and deliver the Data Item. Criteria for approval shall be correct content and format.

THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS ARE ADDED TO DI-NDTI-80566A SECTION 4.10:

4.10 REPORTS FOR EACH SPECIFIC CONTRACTOR-CONDUCTED TEST PERFORMED DURING THIS EFFORT SHALL BE ADDED AS AN APPENDIX TO THE PTP. ALL OF THE APPLICABLE INDIVIDUAL TEST RESULTS CALLED OUT IN THE CONTRACT SHALL BECOME PART OF THE APPENDICES.

BLK 8: THE GOVERNMENT HAS 30 CALENDAR DAYS TO REVIEW EACH DATA ITEM SUBMISSION AND PROVIDE COMMENTS BACK TO THE CONTRACTOR. THE CONTRACTOR HAS 15 CALENDAR DAYS, AFTER RECEIPT TO INCORPORATE GOVERNMENT COMMENTS, PREPARE, AND DELIVER THE DATA ITEM. CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL SHALL BE CORRECT CONTENT AND FORMAT.
