1GDrawings ProvidedThe following Specifications are referenced on several of the drawings but are unavailable:

2SSOW Para 1.2.1NSN 6110-K0-102-735A

We are unable to find this NSN, so we do not know what this A-kit consists of.

Will the government please define this A-kit configuration, including part numbers and quantities? This NSN is the Kit number the Contractor will label all kits as and then turn into supply per the SOW. Each "A" Kit which is the NSN Discussed consist of all 5 Loose wire assemblies (LWA) to include any loose parts identified in each DWG Package as called out. Each LWA will be packaged separately and then combined with the other LWA's in a final Package to complete 1 "A" Kit.
3SSOW Para 1.1.1This paragraph lists "incidental parts".

Are these the parts listed in the provided excel file titled

"ASQ-236 BENCH STOCK FOR CFT INSTALLS"?Yes as well as any identified loose parts within each LWA.
4GSolicitation CLIN 0003NSN 1680 Modification Support Group A Kits

"The contractor shall provide Modification Support Group A Kits IAW Benchmark Listing and IAW SOW..."

What comprises this "Modification Support Group A Kit" ?

Are the "Benchmark Listing" and the "BENCH STOCK" file provided the same thing? In SOW Sect. 1.2.3 Modification Support Kits and support equipment are deliverables listed in the TDP. They include the brackets, switches, benchstock, modification kits, and cables. Without knowing where the "Benchmark Listing" is from, yes the desired quantities and parts are the same.
5GDwg WWMEL2017-E-110Item #3 on the parts list is the braiding, but is not indicated on page 1 of the drawing (as it is with #3 in dwg -E-108 and #4 in dwg -E-109). Does this braiding run the full length of the cable (including the 2 legs), or just up to item #5? Please clarify.Yes the braiding runs the Full length from item #15 through both legs.
6GDwg 201717857-05 Post Block

On the lower right hand corner of the part, there is no dimension listed from the center of the large hole (zone 4C) to the end of the part (zone 4B).

Will the government please provide this dimension to fully build this part?Sufficient information is provided in the DWG to define center of hole. The diameter is provided, Center to Center of each hole is defined and Top to bottom is defined.
7GDwg 201717857-01 Pre-Block & -05 Post Block

Several places on each of these 2 blocks require masking prior to prime/paint (see Note #6). But there are no dimensions provided for the location and the size of the masking.

Will the government please provide these dimensions to finish these parts?See Flag/Note 6 which is the Green box around each hole. This is the area to be left bare. This not a critical area and is meant to be applied as shown. There is no critical dimension for this area.
8GDwg WWMEL2017-E-111Find Numbers 1 through 10 have invalid part numbers. The part numbers are listed as MS21919WGDxxxx and should be MS21919WDGxxxx. The NSN numbers are valid. As this is a preliminary drawing, will the part numbers be corrected before this goes to contract? We will correct the TYPO from WGD to WDG.
9GDwg WWMEL2017-E-105There appears to be 9 separate assemblies. Find numbers (item numbers in the parts list) 28 through 36 are listed as loose parts. How are these parts supposed to be kitted? And are these 9 separate assemblies to be part marked as WWMEL2017-E-105-01 through WWMEL2017-E-105-09? They are also listed as "Item Numbers", not as dash numbers. How should these be marked/listed?Mark them as Item number and put them in the package with it applicable LWA. i.e. WWMEL2017-E-105-01
10GDwg WWMEL2017-E-105This drawing shows no test requirements for these cables. Will there be test requirements issued? These will be verified during First article and then each one will be tested by the government once installed. So no additional testing will be required by the contractor.

12GDwg 16N3500There are no specific requirements for any of these decals. Will any of these decals be required for the top level kit? If so, which dash numbered decals will be required? They are the highlighted Dash numbers boxed in Red. (-803) and (-805)
13GDwg WWMEL2017-E-108There appears to be 3 separate assemblies. Find numbers (item numbers in the parts list) 16 through 25 are listed as loose parts. How are these parts supposed to be kitted?
