Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a request for quotation (RFQ): Free-standing relocatable chemical storage and containment structures. The structure includes components for storage of flammable or combustible liquids and other hazardous materials. This quote should include transportation, warranty, Unique Identifier/Identification Tag, and installation. Please see the Performance Work Statement and Specifications attached for the complete list of specification.

** Please note the government is asking for a Best Way Shipping option; please include your shipping cost in the actual price not as a separate line. ** Responses should include: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code, delivery schedule. Responses should follow the specifications and acknowledge if they meet or exceed the specifications or not in a word or excel document to ensure that the documents are able to be evaluated properly.

Offer shall include enough information to be able to determine if it meets the government's minimum specifications for the requirement. The offeror with the lowest price that meets the specifications will be awarded the contract. The pricing should be in a Firm Fixed Price when applicable. All costs should show a breakdown of how the cost is compiled so the Government may show a Fair and Reasonable price.
