1.0 INTRODUCTION

Objective The purpose of this Statement of Objectives (SOO) is to outline the requirement for lodging and lodging support needed for future military operations to be performed at MOTSU in or near Southport North Carolina. Operations will require 28 active duty USAF personnel who will require lodging in or near (10-15 Miles) the port of MOTSU. Operations will commence 30 March 2019 and close 8 June 2019.

2.1 Scope

2.2 The contractor shall provide lodging and lodging support to USAF personnel.

3.1 CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

3.2 The contractor will provide lodging as follows:

3.2.1 Lodging will be provided for the six (6) person management team 30

March 2019 through 8 June 2019. Six personnel will be housed 1 person per unit (i.e. condo) for 70 nights. The management team housing will be centralized in a separate location (i.e separate building/unit) from the main body personnel to prevent fraternization and ensure good order and discipline to keep mission operations fluid.

3.2.2 Main body of 22 each personnel will arrive and require lodging 10 April 2019 through 8 June 2019, a total of 59 nights.

3.2.3 Main body personnel will be housed two (2) to three (3) per unit (i.e.

condo). The entire main body will be housed in a centralized location within the requirements of AFMAN 21-200 and AFI 21. There will be assigned main body team leads, housed within the main body personnel to ensure all rules and regulations are met, along with good order and discipline outside duty hours.

3.2.4 All accommodations will include weekly linen and cleaning service.

3.2.5 High speed Internet service within dwellings is required to accommodate after-hours mission requirements.

3.2.6 Each unit must include a kitchen to accommodate the flexible schedule inherent to the operations being performed. Crew members require adequate rest periods between duty days that may not align with local business hours. Ensuring access to a kitchen will provide crew members time to accomplish the mission and provide the opportunity to prepare food off duty.
