About this file
This document contains a statement of work and related solicitation for System Wrap Around Test (SWAT) cable testers. The Air Force Materiel Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract to WilliamsRDM, Inc. for the procurement of ten stand-alone SWAT cable testers. The testers will be used to test the integrity of cables and circuit cards embedded in the Stores Management SWAT system, which connects hundreds of individual pins from weapons system ports to enable software testing of aircraft weapons system signals and functionality. Delivery locations and quantities for the ten testers are specified as Langley AFB, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Hickam AB, Sheppard AFB, Eglin AFB, Nellis AFB, Hill AFB, and Edwards AFB. The solicitation will be issued to the incumbent, WilliamsRDM, Inc., as a woman-owned small business that maintains the proprietary data for the specialized testers.
