The Tandberg Duel View 2 is 25A20184 not the 25A20134 previously mentioned.

2) Does the current room have audio capabilities? You request new ceiling speakers, what audio amplifier do you have?

The room currently has 5 speakers and will need to be replaced with the six listed in the SOW. The current amplifier is a TOA 900 Series 2.

3) Are there microphones in current room that will be used? How many? Are the microphones currently inputting into the Tandberg VTC?

Yes, there are 3 microphones and they currently input into the Tandberg.

See attached picture for the lighting. In the picture there are two dimmable light on the left side of picture that are not visible (one is burnt out, and the second didn't make it in the picture. ALL lights that are NOT the tube style light shall be dimmable.

5) Is Tinker providing the Electrician to move the electric outlet below the existing screen in the Conference room to the wall in the back room?

The contractor is responsible to supply all manpower and job skills required for any modification of the electrical.

6) Is it required to build the video wall structure in the wall specifications or can we submit with the bid a pre-engineered system structure that would comply with the aesthetics required on the conference room wall?

Alternates may be accepted assuming they meet the intent and design. Under this circumstance the bid would need to contain details for consideration.
