About this file
This pre-solicitation notice describes a future requirement for Rapid Explosive Hazard Mitigation Large Clearance Blade Assemblies. The Air Force plans to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a ceiling of $24 million over five years to procure approximately 100 L-CBAs built to government specifications. The L-CBAs will be used by Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams to clear unexploded ordnance from airfields to allow for repairs after attacks. The NAICS code will be 333120 for Construction Machinery Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The acquisition will be set aside for total small business and use lowest price technically acceptable source selection. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after a formal solicitation is posted to SAM.gov on or around July 30, 2021. Torch Technologies, KT Consulting, Inc, and Dawson Technical, LLC may have organizational conflicts of interest and are excluded from competing due to their involvement in requirements development.

ITEM DESCRIPTION CONTRACT LINE ITEMS
