Questions and Answers

Question: Do you have any past data on potential annual need to be expected under the BPA?

Answer: The Government spends an average of $650,000 annually on Bus BPAs.

Question: Are you able to confirm the incumbent contractor (if any) and the historical volume or annual demand?

Answer: This is a solicitation for multiple award blanket purchase agreements (BPA).

This is not for a contract. The USAF Academy has a requirement for multiple BPAs.

Each time there is a requirement for buses, the agreements are competitive to among the BPA holders for the call. There is no guarantee a BPA holder will receive a call.

Current contractors: Colorado Gray Line, Durham School Services, AAAH Inc., D&D Travel Solutions, Arrow Stage Lines, and Ramblin Express.

Question: All quoted prices are based on a 54-passenger or 47-passenger (with restroom) motor coach. Is the restroom a must for all bus sizes, the larger coaches in particular, or is it only in reference to the 47-passenger size?

Answer: Restrooms are only in reference to the 47-passenger bus. 54-passenger buses are not required to have restrooms.
