This document contains questions and answers regarding a federal solicitation for integrated solid waste management services at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, and other items necessary to perform refuse collection and recycling services in a firm fixed-price contract with a base year and four option years plus a six-month extension option. The incumbent contractor is Lane Services, LLC under a contract set to expire in September 2021.
