SITE VISIT INFORMATION
ATTACHMENT 11
INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

1. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Monday, 2 August 2021 @ 9:30 am (EDT).
2. Attendees shall meet in the parking lot of Bldg. 812, located at 1538 Atlantic Ave, Dobbins Air
Reserve Base (ARB), GA. A review of the site will follow a short briefing. Attendance at the site visit is optional. Offeror’s are NOT required to attend.
3. In order to attend the site visit, interested parties MUST submit a completed DARB4 Access Request Form (Attachment 12) in accordance with the instructions provided in this notice. The DARB 4 Form shall provide the full name, citizenship, date of birth, Driver’s License Number and Driver’ License State of Issue for ALL attendees. Upon entry, ensure each participant has a current valid ID.
4. The completed DARB 4 Access Request Form (Attachment 12) must be submitted via email to Leslie Christoferson at leslie.christoferson@us.af.mil and Cynthia Weaver at cynthia.weaver@us.af.mil. Forms MUST be received no later than (NLT) 12:00 pm (EDT), Thursday, 29 July 2021. Failure to submit a request prior to this time may result in an attendee being denied participation in the site visit.
5. Offerors are cautioned that Dobbins ARB has visitor control procedures requiring individuals not affiliated with the installation to obtain a visitor pass prior to entrance. DELAYS SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED WHEN GAINING ENTRY ONTO THE BASE. Offerors should allow sufficient time to obtain a visitor pass from the Visitors Center, located next to the Main Gate prior to the start of the scheduled site visit. A current, valid ID is required. A background check will be conducted.
6. Due to the current health pandemic, all unvaccinated visitors are required to wear a mask.
Masks will NOT be provided to unvaccinated attendees. While temperatures will not be taken, under no circumstances shall anyone who is sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 enter the installation.
7. All vehicles entering the installation are subject to search. Drivers shall have on their person a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in access to the installation being denied.
8. All questions generated from the site visit MUST be submitted in writing to Leslie Christoferson at leslie.christoferson@us.af.mil and Cynthia Weaver at cynthia.weaver@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 pm (EDT), Tuesday, 3 August 2021. The Contracting Office will provide clarification through amendment to the solicitation following receipt of any questions. Submission of questions prior to the site visit is encouraged.

9. Remarks and explanations provided at the site visit shall NOT qualify the terms of the solicitation or the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Unless the solicitation or PWS is amended in writing, it will remain unchanged. If an amendment is issued, acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
