1. Question: Would concrete pavement be accepted as an alternate to asphalt between the new retaining walls?
Answer: Yes
2. Question: On drawing C1.0 Coded Note #17 that access to doorway in building 128 must be maintained access to at all time during construction. Is this referring to only the lower door on the backside of the existing retaining wall or the top man door as well? Even if just the lower door there will a short time during demolition and also on the day that area is poured that we would want to close that door way off for safety. Are there other doors on other sides of the building that can be used during those times?
Answer: C 1.0 Coded Note 17 is referring to maintaining access to the lower door only. The lower door will be unusable at times for safety reasons however, attempt to keep the doorway accessible as much as safety will allow.
