· Q: What will be the method used for cable access e.g. from the ceiling?

A: No

· Q: Should each auditorium seat have its own arm rests?

A: Yes

· Q: What material shall the auditorium seats be made of?

A: Fabric; dark colors; blue or black preferred

· Q: In room 331, what material is the cabinets and shelves made of?

A: Metal

· Q: What are the weight specifications for the wire shelving?

A: WEIGHT CAPACITIES:

•Shelves up to 48" wide: 800 lbs. per shelf (evenly distributed) •Shelves over 48" wide: 600 lbs. per shelf (evenly distributed) •Posts: 2,400 lbs. per set of four posts •Rolling Carriages: 2,000 lbs. per rolling shelving section •Dolly and Stem Caster Shelving Carts: 300 lbs. per caster (5" caster wheels) Rolling Wire Shelf, (16' Wide x 10' long x 6'2" High), #SMS-47-49641-4U-10L-36D (for reference)

· Q: We were wondering whether the crane to bring the furniture up will be made available by the base, or the company that'll be awarded will have to use their own?

A: Yes, you must provide your own equipment to accomplish the installation

Q: Please confirm the required amps for Tables, Rectangular Shape, Melamine for Rooms 103, 104, 105 & 213? Each room lists a requirement of 220v outlets, but does not specify the required amperage. This information is required to ensure that the correct electrical equipment is specified.

A: Input 220v, 50Hz, minimum 1.5Amp

Q: Please confirm the required type of plug of the electrical outlets which will be plugged into the table top of Tables, Rectangular Shape, Melamine for Rooms 103, 104, 105 & 213? Is it a standard American Type A or B, European Type C, F or L? This information is required to ensure that the correct electrical equipment is specified.

A: Table top: American Type B as shown in the attached picture from original request

Q: Please confirm if each Tables, Rectangular Shape, Melamine for Rooms 103, 104, 105 & 213 will be plugged directly into the wall to provide electricity to the require (2) outlets & (2) LAN connections per table or if they will be hardwired, which will not require a plug? If they will be plugged into the wall, please confirm the required type of plug which will plug into the wall and provide each table with power? Is it a standard American Type A or B, European Type C, F or L? This information is required to ensure that the correct electrical equipment is specified.

A: Plugged directly into the wall: American Type B for simplicity...plus, as stated in original request, "ability to “daisy chain” desks together" means one desk will have the ability to plug into the wall but they also can be plugged into the desk next to them so only the end desks need to have cords running to the wall outlets. Picture attached...

We can buy any adapters we any need to do final connections into the walls...
