(b) Specification: The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all management, tools, equipment, aircraft and labor to provide up to 320 flying hours per year for

Close Air Support (CAS) Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) training in support of; 1) the

United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE), Warrior Preparation Center (WPC), USAFE Air

Ground Operations School (AGOS); 2) 4th Air Support Operations Group (ASOG) and subordinate units and; 3) WPC, Detachment 2 in their primary training areas in Germany and/or in areas agreed upon by user organization and contractor. Performance includes flying a maximum of 12 hours per day to include night and may include Saturdays and Sundays.
