1. Six camera with rapid deployment CCTV towers
- One camera per trailer
- 35MM 8.3 FPS 24V, Day/night capability 640x480 resolution minimum
- All weather capability
- 360° endless pan and 135° from ground to sky
- Camera will have its own internal on-board Computer/Network Video Recorder, which can be remotely and securely accessed from any computer or mobile compatible device. Provide live and recorded footage.
- Cameras need to have thermal capabilities with the following stats:
- Thermal capability 35-105 mm, F1.6, near focus, distance: 22–195 m (72–640 ft.)
- Near manual focus distance: 7 m (23 ft.)
- Horizontal field of view: 18°–6°
- Vertical field of view: 13.5°–4.5°
- IP based camera
- Rapid deployment capability-tower should fold or raise up electrically and be able to be operated by one person for quick installation and removal.
- Offers a tilt view of 45° above the horizon, and when column-mounted, it enables 360° unobstructed field of view
- Camera tower should rise to a minimum of 18 feet
2. Storage card capability
- 64GB storage card or higher.
3. Powered by battery(ies) and fuel cell(s). Camera system needs to have the capability to be self-sufficient. Camera trailer also needs to have the capability to be plugged into 220V power source.
- No gasoline or diesel engine
4. CCTV towers need to be mounted on trailers towable by Air Force trucks
- Trailers need to have outriggers to ensure stability when mast is fully extended 68" x 116" x
105"(traveling)/94" x 116" x 19’6" (deployed)
5. Installation of new system to include the removal of all packing boxes.
6. Recording capability 25 days recording minimum with 45 days maximum recording capability
7. Maintenance contract
- 24 month minimum maintenance contract involving all of the cameras.
8. Training
- Instruction on how to properly operate the camera system and any software included in the purchase
