1. Will there be office space allocated for use by the supplier’s staff. No
2. Are there specific facilities within the Moron Air Base that can be used by the supplier to clean the interior and exterior of the vehicles supplied? No
3. Will the vehicles be loaded with and/or the US Government personal making uses of the vehicles carry explosives, hazard materials (corrosive, flammable, toxic)? No
4. Will the vehicles be used as part of a security detail at any point during the term of the contract? No
5. Will the vehicles be driven outside the Spanish national territory? No
6. Will the vehicles be driven on non-seal roads? No

Point 4 - Quotes shall be quoted in EU Euro (€) and shall be valid through 30 April 2017.

Does the minimum vehicle description requested above, in points A though to H have to be detailed for each and every vehicle to be supplied? Yes. The information can be presented in any manner.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY SUMMARY
Under this section there is no specification to the transmission type for the vehicles to be delivered.
Therefore would manual transmission vehicles be acceptable? See Amendment 0002
2.1.1.5. Additional Requirements: Vehicles will be provided with all preventive maintenance complete. Any repairs will be the responsibility of the contractor. All vehicles will be fully insured by the vendor. The insurance terms and conditions shall be provided with the quote.
Will all exclusion as specified in the insurance terms and conditions be accepted for the term of the contract or would amendments be required such as the possibility of driving vehicles on non-seal roads for example. If It is specified in the insurance terms the contract will be adjusted accordingly
2.1.1.6. Fuel: Diesel and Gas are acceptable.
Would gasoline powered vehicles be acceptable. Yes
3.1.1. Acceptance inspection - an inspection shall be performed on all vehicles and equipment before placing them in service. This inspection shows the overall condition of the vehicle.
Discrepancies must be fixed before putting the vehicle in service, if use of the vehicle would aggravate the problem or if the discrepancy creates a safety hazard.
If the vehicle is not accepted what is the maximum time allowed for a vehicle replacement, or to rectify the problem with the non-accepted vehicle? At the time of non-acceptance an agreed upon duration will be determine
3.1.2. Accident repairs - Repairs required as a result of collision; regardless of whether the object collided with a vehicle, or whether the vehicle requiring repairs was the moving unit.

3.2.5. Cleaning. Vehicles provided will be clean and free of all trash and debris throughout the entire performance period.
Is the cleaning of the vehicles required on? An agreed upon schedule will be determine at the time of award.

3.2.6. Records. The contractor should maintain records of transactions with the US Government and, upon request, make such records available to properly designated contract representatives within a reasonable period of time.
What transaction records would be required to be collected and maintained by the supplier to comply with request by the US GOVERNMENT? All transactions between the US Government and contractor will be documented.
