STATEMENT OF WORK

MCC 7500 IP-Based Console, Logging Playback Station and NRX Bridge Integration

RAF Croughton, United Kingdom

9 July 2018

1. Scope of Work/General Information The contractor will ensure project is on time with installation and remains on budget. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for the necessary equipment, supplies, tools, labor, testing, training, and personnel associated with the installation and completion of the project. The contractor shall provide a MCC 7500 IP-Based Console and NICE Logging Playback Station and NRX Bridge Integration. All work shall be performed in accordance with all federal, local laws and regulations, and this SOW.

2. MCC 7500 IP-Based Dispatch Console Installation/Logging System/NRX Integration

2.1. The contractor shall provide and install MCC 7500 Console at the Base

Defense Operations Center (BDOC), located at building 4, Security Forces Squadron. The contractor is responsible for ensuring equipment is operational, has voltage required and can be integrated with current/future systems.

2.2. The contractor shall provide and install all necessary operating systems, software, hardware and storage necessary for dispatch, communications, recording and playback capabilities.

2.3. After installation is complete, the contractor is responsible for testing of the system and the training of owning personnel. The contractor shall provide literature and contact information for reference and to ensure equipment remains operational after install.

3. Warranty/Maintenance/Repair Service Calls

3.1. The contractor will provide a 1 year warranty on equipment, hardware, software, cables and access to 24/7 maintenance/technical support. The contractor is responsible for maintenance of all installed equipment.

3.2. The government will notify the contractor of repairs to be made in an inspection report, service call, or email notification. The contractor shall commence repair work within the time mentioned in paragraph 3.3. All repair work shall be in accordance with normal commercial practices using parts specified by the manufacturer or items of equal or better quality. The downtime of the MCC 7500 IP-Based Dispatch Console Installation/Logging System/NRX Integration equipment will be kept to an absolute minimum. The contractor must notify the government of all projected downtime and estimated time of repair.

The contractor shall prepare and submit a written report within four business days after the routine repairs are completed. The report shall include the date and time of the service call, the location of the equipment, the repairs provided, and the name of the technician who performed the repair(s).

3.3. The contractor shall respond to emergency repair calls within two hours after notification during normal business hours and within 24 hours after notification at times other than normal business hours. The contractor shall prepare and submit a written report as mentioned in paragraph 3.2.

4. Government Furnished Utilities. The government shall provide the contractor with all relevant data required, if available, to accomplish development of specific requirements and objectives described in this SOW.

4.1. The government shall provide access to utilities and electrical power hook-up.

4.2. The government shall provide access to facilities/areas required to perform work.

5. General Information

5.1. Hours of Operation. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0730 hrs to 1630hrs, excluding federal holidays. The following federal holidays are observed.

5.2. Security Requirements. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Department of Defense security and safety regulations and procedures during the performance of this contract. The contractor shall not disclose and must safeguard procurement sensitive information, computer systems and data, Privacy Act data, and government personnel work products which are obtained or generated in the performance of this contract. This includes dissemination of protocols and papers not generally available to the public.

5.3. Installation Passes. A Government representative will coordinate the issuance of required installation passes to contractor personnel. The contractor personnel shall wear an identifiable outer garment i.e. company uniform or badge which clearly identifies them as a contractor employee at all times. The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property provided for contractor use. At the end of each work period, the contractor shall ensure that the place of performance is clean and government facilities, equipment and materials secured.

5.4. Contractor Qualifications/Certifications. The contractor shall ensure all personnel including subcontractors have all required current and valid professional certifications/licenses for each applicable core component and functional category of the MCC 7500 IP-Based Console, Logging Playback Station and NRX Bridge Integration Systems. The contractor personnel shall be certified by appropriate federal and local regulatory agencies to meet certification requirements with the MCC 7500 IP-Based Console, Logging Playback Station and NRX Bridge Integration Systems.
