422nd Fire, Emergency & Security Services Dispatcher Console(s) requirement Salient Characteristics.
The Fire department FACC (Fire Alarm Control Center) & The Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) requires to be supplied with 3 Touch Screen Dispatcher Radio Systems that will allow them to deal with multiple incidents over two separate bases.
The following are the salient Characteristics that must be achieved to fulfill the requirement.
1. Must be able to remotely (over the IP network) change and manage the encryption keys from the Motorola Key Management Server within the existing USAFE-AFAFRICA Motorola P25 ELMR Network
2. Must be able to cohabite and integrate with Radio Control Manager application
3. Must be able to remotely monitored for faults, status, and changes in states by the Federal
Network Fault Monitoring Center in Schaumburg Illinois
4. Must be able to allow remote password changes
5. Must be able to be remotely monitored for network security risks including intrusion detection and protection
6. Must be able to support software based migration from AES-256 to SUITE-B encryption
7. Must support the ability to receive security software updates from within the existing USAFE-
AFAFRICA Motorola P25 ELMR Network
8. Must be able to acknowledge, process, and clear emergency alarms and emergency calls from portable and mobile radios on the existing USAFE-AFAFRICA Motorola P25 ELMR Network
9. Must be able to display a list of recent PTT User ID’s per talk group
10. Must be able to patch multiple talk groups together to allow seamless communications to disparate user groups
11. Must be able to simultaneously transmit to multiple talk groups
