MEMORANDUM FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

SUBJECT: Responses to Questions/Requests for Information Submitted FA5240-17-Q-M025

The following questions have been submitted by interested parties. All questions and answers are included as follows:

1. Q: Who is the incumbent and what was the amount paid?

A: This is a new requirement so there is no incumbent or previous amount paid.

2. Q: Where to submit the bid?

A: Bids shall be submitted electronically to Amn Christopher Murphy via email at christopher.murphy.38@us.af.mil.

3. Q: What will be the bid package requirements included for submission?

A: See attached Combo

4. Q: Is there a need for bid bond and performance bond?

A: No, there is no need for this requirement.

5. Q: Is it possible to receive a map or a detailed description of the location of the 12 shades that requires repairs.

A: No map can be provided due to security reasons.

6. Q: Regarding line item 0001 on the description of services, where is the nylon heavy duty webbing located?

A: There are 12 sunshades, approximately 24 nylon webbing forward and aft of each sunshade.

7. Q: How many flood lights are there for all 12 shades?

Under the Privacy Act of 1974, you must safeguard all information, if required, reflected on this document and, if applicable, all attachments. Disclosure of information is IAW AFI 33-119, AFI 33-127, AFI 33-129, DoD 5400. 7-R/Air Force Supplement

(Freedom of Information Act), AFI 33-332 (Privacy Act), AFI 33-219, and PL 93-579.

A: There are approximately 7 floodlights for each sunshade.

8. Q: Please describe the safety restraint equipment of this project.

A: The safety restraint systems are retractable hoists, with safety lines approximately 5 per sunshade.
