`Scope of Work and Specifications to Construct Vehicle Barriers with Delivery for

36th Security Forces Squadron At

Andersen Air Force Base Yigo, G.U.

April 2017

SCOPE: Contractor shall construct and deliver 8-foot long concrete vehicle barriers.

SCHEDULE OF WORK: Delivery of barriers shall be accomplished within 120 ADC.

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: The 36th SFS/ATPM and 36 CES will accomplish inspection and acceptance of delivered equipment and accessories.

VEHICLE BARRIER TYPICALS:

Four hundred and fifty (450) 4000 psi concrete vehicle barriers. Barriers will meet ASTM A615-G60 reinforcing.

Barriers will be fabricated in accordance with the Precast Concrete Institute Manuals for Quality Control of precast and prestressed products MNL-116 (latest edition).

Barriers will have reflective tape at the top on both sides running the full length of the barriers.

Barriers will have forklift holes on the bottom and holes for cabling to other barriers.

Barriers will conform to the following dimensions and design:

Vendor will deliver barriers to the lower CE yard on Andersen AFB.
