13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. In addition, the contractor shall possess a valid Facility Clearance (FCL) for the duration of the contract.

Item 8: The contractor personnel will be supporting customers throughout mainland Japan and Okinawa. The contractor employees will be given work space in Building 653 (the 374th Communications Squadron's main facility) on Yokota Air Base, Fussa-shi, Tokyo Japan.

Item 10j: FOUO information provided under this contract shall be safeguarded as specified in the FOUO (Attachment)

Item 11e: Information Technology (IT) Project Manager and IT Systems Analyst Duties -- Contract is for IT project manager and IT systems analyst services which may entail entry to areas that process classified information. Actual knowledge of, generation, or production of classified information is not required for performance of the contract. Cleared personnel are required to perform this service because access to classified information can not be precluded by escorting personnel. Any classifications guidance needed will be provided by the contractor
