SUBJECT: FA5004-17-R-0003, Industrial Hygiene Cleaning Services Questions and Answers

1. Is there an incumbent contractor currently performing these services or is this a new requirement?

If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract number?

- There is an incumbent for this requirement and the contract number is FA5004-12-C-

0003.

2. Can the Supervisor on shift (Section 1.0 in the Performance Work Statement) also take part in cleaning?

- Yes, the Supervisor can also conduct cleaning service.

3. Does the Contractor supply the cleaning supplies for the restrooms/ locker rooms?

- Yes, as per 3.2 of the Performance Work Statement the Contractor is responsible for supplying all supplies.

4. Where does trash from the restrooms/ locker rooms need to be taken?

- There is an outside trash collection container where waste (trash) will be taken.

5. Will Contractors have to use ladders in order to clean certain areas?

- Yes, ladders will be used in order to complete the cleaning requirements.

6. How high will the Contractor be required to clean on each level?

- The Contractor will be required to clean at a reasonable distance. Ladders will need to be used to reach certain areas.
