The 673d Contracting Squadron and 773rd Civil Engineering Squadron is contemplating a solicitation for Custodial Services for facilities located on Joint-Base Elmendorf Richardson, (JBER) in Anchorage, Alaska.

Specifics:

• Anticipate a Firm-Fixed-Price Award

• Anticipated PoP 1 FEB 17 – 31 JAN 22

• Approximately 146 Buildings

• Approximately 650K Square Feet

• NACIS – 561720 Janitorial Services

• IAW AF Standardized Custodial Structure

• Commercial (FAR Part 12) using FAR Part 15

• Anticipated Performance Price Tradeoff

Level I Services:

- Prestige Services – Command Suites, Chapels, Library, Education Center, Passenger Terminal…

- 1 x a week: Sweep, Mop, Vacuum Carpet, Clean Mats, and Trash Removal

- 3 x a week: Clean Restrooms. Includes: resupply materials, sweep, mop, disinfect, etc.…

Level II Services:

- Basic Services – General Admin areas, offices, non-CDC Classrooms, Warehouses, Lobbies …

- 1 x per 2 weeks: Sweep, Mop, Vacuum Carpet, Clean Mats, and Trash Removal

- 2 x a week: Clean Restrooms. Includes: resupply materials, sweep, mop, disinfect, etc.…

Level IV Services:

- Special Requirements Services – Special buildings like Child Development Centers, Fitness Centers, Youth Center…

- 1 to 2 x per day: Sanitize counters, sinks, toilets, and walls, sweep, mop, clean mats, resupply…

- Monthly or greater: Dusting, interior/exterior windows, shampoo carpet, buff floors, strip/re-wax floors, etc.

Sat 0600-2300; Sun 0600-2200

– Richardson Gate: 24hrs / 7 Days a week
