8. Is the below address can be consider commercial? "FY9125B 436 APS TRTC 550 Atlantic St. Bldg 550 Dover AFB, DE 19902

a. This question is no longer valid, commercial air delivery is required IAW the solicitation.

9. In Q&A #4 the Gov’ts answer (regarding CLIN 008 21U Lockable Rack) was: a. 21U Lockable Rack -

24” min depth/Lockable/Black/Enclosed Rack (4-Post) 19” Mounting. However, 21U does not have a 24” depth. Will the Gov’t allow for a “24UB” series instead of a “21U” series rack?

a. If this means it is a 24U rack (24 units tall) then that is acceptable. A taller rack is authorized.

10. Since the Gov’t now requires commercial air as opposed to a consolidation point, “Shipping will be commercial air and delivered to PSAB within 60 days of award”, do you want contractors to add a CLIN 0020 to the pricing list for shipping costs?

a. IAW the solicitation “Contractors may utilize a different CLIN structure than the one annotated below.” Therefore you may either incorporate the cost in the line item itself or you may add a CLIN for “Shipping”.

11. Line item no 5 should be 275 instead of 250.

a. No, the solicitation is correct. Please quote quantity’s IAW the solicitation document and “Atch 1 - PSAB-WIFI Expansion Items List”.
