XFS15 TECH SUPPORT STATEMENT OF WORK
BACKGROUND: Exercise FORGING SABRE 15 (XFS15) is a Royal Singapore Air Force (RSAF) command and control exercise conducted at Luke AFB (LAFB) and Gila Bend AFAF (GBAFAF) in AZ.
PURPOSE: To provide equipment and technical support to RSAF for XFS15.
STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES (SOO):
1. Contractor shall provide personnel with adequate knowledge to install and configure equipment listed below.
Contractor shall furnish and install adequate cat-5e patch cords to connect equipment to outlets at end user locations.
Contractor shall furnish and install additional Keyboard, Video, Mouse (KVM) cables to interface personal computers with KVM switches.
Contractor will be responsible for working with RSAF to set-up, install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and tear down the information technology (IT) and audio visual (AV) equipment listed below:
LAFB & GBAFAF Requirements (see attachment)
1.1. Set-up: Placement of equipment will be in accordance with facility diagrams. Contractor will be responsible for providing adequate personnel to ensure installation and configuration of equipment is completed by 11/12/2015. Additionally, contractor shall provide 2 techs on-site 8 hours a day M-F for 2 weeks beginning 11/16/2015 thru 11/25/2015 to implement any last minute configuration changes as deemed necessary by RSAF personnel.
1.2. As needed Technical Support: 11/26/15 thru 12/15/15. Contractor will provide RSAF with a contact number for technical support issues. Contractor will respond on-site at LAFB and/or GBAFAF to RSAF requests for technical support within 24 hours of initial notification and remain on-site until issue is resolved.
1.3 Tear Down: Contractor will be responsible for removing all equipment from set-up locations and repackaging in their original containers.
BASE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
2. Contractor is required to satisfy base security requirements in order to be issued a base pass. All personnel are required to pass a background check before being granted base access. The following documents must be submitted by the contractor, three weeks in advance of anticipated start date, for all personnel that will require access in support of this SOO;
A. Contractor Affidavit with 2 forms of ID (Driver’s License & Social Security). See affidavit for acceptable forms of ID.
B. E-Verify from HR Dept C. Base Visitor Pass paperwork must submitted three weeks before anticipated start date
2.1. Contractor is required to provide current vehicle registration and Driver’s License when picking up their visitor passes.
