Questions & Answers
1. Does the customer have existing Reverse Osmosis systems that will need to be installed, or are they procuring RO systems with installation?
a. The customer is looking to procure 9 Reverse Osmosis Systems and have them installed.
2. What is the size and flow rate of the systems?
a. 300 Gallons per day.
3. What is the technical information on incoming feed water as well as quality requirements of the water after the pass-through (e.g. water purity level)
a. PH of 6.8-7.2 and restore about 15-30 PPM during the RO process.
4. What is the storage capacity of the system?
a. We require a bladder tank of 80 gallons.
5. Do you require any special features (i.e. pump, purity monitoring, digital read-out?)
a. Components are as follows:
i. Backwashing Carbon Filter
ii. Anti-scalant Component
iii. RO Component
iv. Atmospheric Tank
v. Distribution and re-pressurization Pump
vi. Ultraviolet Disinfection
vii. Micron Post Filter
viii. Deionization Cartridges
ix. Quality Light
x. Digital Readout
6. Is a water distillation system acceptable to use instead of reverse osmosis?
a. Distillation will require a boiling tank which is unauthorized in the building work center.
