FA481920Q0003-Portable Latrine Last Question and Answer
Q12.) I am looking for the required formula for the line item section on the Solicitation/Contract Form pages 3 - 5 on FA481920Q00030001.
For instance, under "Supplies/Service", on line 1 there are 25 Each Portable Latrines and 2 Each Handicap Portable Latrines. The "Quantity" is 12 with "Unit" months. Should the "Unit Price" be the individual unit price or should it be the combined 25 Portable Latrines and 2 Handicap Portable Latrines? We are unsure if you want the individual unit price or the total combined unit price in "Unit Price".
A12) The unit price should reflect the combined effort for those units covered by the associated line item. In your example, the unit price for each of the 12 months should reflect the monthly rate for providing and servicing the 25 portable latrines and 2 handicap portable latrines at the standard servicing frequency.
