1Post Site Visit InquirySOW Appendix ACan you please provide updated drawings to reflect the reduction in electrical scope?The revised drawing "Bldg. 274 floor plan - w new power addition locations (v1)" in Appendix A has been edited to indicate the recently installed new load. This installed load is new since the as-builts and is identified using Strikethru font and noted as In Service. None of the equipment in this drawing is on the electrical as-built drawings. SOW paragraph 2.6.5.B has been edited to show same.
2Post Site Visit InquirySOW Appendix BCan you please provide drawings that are not photos of the PDFs, but actual PDFs? It’s very difficult to see the detail in the snapshots. 3Post Site Visit InquirySolicitation FA481919RA014Are you requiring that the WOSB be registered in the SBA’s WOSB repository? …since this is really the only way to guarantee that the company is actually woman-owned. Otherwise, any company can simply check the WOSB box in their SAM profile.Yes. Please see the insertion of clause 52.219-30 – Notice of Set-Aside for, or Sole Source Award to, Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under the Women-Owned Small Business Program. The clause was inadvertantly left out of the solicitation prior to posting as the requirement was originally synoposized as a Total Small Business Set Aside.

14Post Site Visit InquirySOW 2.6.3.AHVAC: Subsection A includes the replacement of gravity louvers for ventilation fans. Are the existing ventilation fans intaking fresh air through the louver, or are they blowing out the louver? Is there any available data for these existing fans, such as airflow? Are the motors in the ventilation fans/louvers or is this an assumption that they need to be replaced?PDF version of all available as-builts are now provided, reference mechanical drawings. 15Post Site Visit InquirySOW 2.6.3.BIs the intent of the new chillers to serve only the bay or the entire bldg.? Section 2.6.3.B states that the entire HVAC split system, including the condensing unit must be replaced. Will this be replaced in kind, or is the intent to have the new chiller system replace the DX system? Does the existing HVAC split system provide heat? If so, what is the source?The intent of the new chillers is to serve only the bay, not the entire building. Replace the existing HVAC split system in kind. PDF version of all available as-builts are now provided, reference mechanical drawing for existing specs.
16Post Site Visit InquirySOW 2.6.3.D.1UFC 3-410-01 4-2.11.3 D1102.6 states that a connection must be provided between the chiller panel(s) and the DDC system. Do the existing DDC control panels have the capability or capacity for controls connections from the chiller panel(s)?There is not an existing chiller, therefore no existing DDC control panel from the chiller.
17Post Site Visit InquirySOW 2.6.4Fire Protection: Has a flow test been performed? If so, are the results available? Is there any change to the hazard category of the bldg.?This data is unavalable at this time.
18Post Site Visit InquirySOW 2.6.7Plumbing – What is the existing incoming water supply size? Where is the location?PDF version of all available as-builts are now provided. One of the drawings does show the size and distance from the building, but not the specific location.

21Post Site Visit InquirySOW 2.6.5The Statement of Work Item 2.6.5 A) states to replace all existing electrical inside the Building. Much of the convenience receptacles, lighting circuitry, roll-up door circuitry, existing service equipment and dry-type transformers are in-tact and not damaged. Shall this in-tact circuitry be replaced or can it be re-used?Please design to replace all existing electrical inside the building per the original SOW.
