SUBJECT: SITE VISIT, ACCESS REQUEST LETTER

1. The following personnel are requesting access to Tyndall AFB for the purpose of a site visit.

They will be escorted at all times by government personnel.

2. Escorted base access shall only be granted for the above individuals for the purpose of a site visit to the:

Contract name: Outdoor Scoreboard Installation Contract site: Track & Field - Tyndall AFB, FL 32403

Located on the following side of base: South side

Site visit hours: (start) 1300 hours – (end) 1400 hours

Site visit date: 13 September 2018

3. All individuals are aware that they must bring a valid driver’s license or government issued photo identification to be granted access to the installation.

NOTE TO GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL:

CAC-card holders can escort a max of 6 personnel, who must remain with you at all times. Line badge holders must conduct site visits in restricted areas. BDOC must be notified in advance of site visits in restricted areas.
