Questions and Answers for CYOC Data Wall Solicitation FA481424TF049 (16 July 2024)

Ref Att. 1 – CyOC Statement of Need (SON) 2.1: Contractors are to provide electrical services to move lighting in front of the LED Video Wall.

Can CyOC provide the electrical plans for the currently installed electrical lighting in the CyOC? See attached E-LP260 and E-PP260

Will vendors be able to view and survey the electrical room that serves the CYOC electrical, lighting and AV systems in the CyOC? Yes.

Ref Att. 1 – CyOC SON 2.3.1: Vendors are to provide a “seamless LED data wall that can display up to 8 independent sources in multiple layouts from our unclassified / classified data sources.”

Can CyOC provide the width and height of the desired LED data wall to be delivered? Roughly ~18 ft wide and ~ 3 ft tall

Does CyOC have a desired overall video resolution for the LED data wall? 1080p or higher.

Can CyOC provide the total number of unclassified data sources that need to be displayed and where within the CyOC they are located? NIPR/SIPR display control from at least 2 desks, with 10 extra desk inputs.

Are the classified data sources in CyOC the same classification level or are there multiple levels (Secret/Top Secrete/etc.) of classified data sources? There are only two classification levels in the CyOC(NIPR/SIPR).

Can CyOC provide the total number of classified data sources that need to be displayed, what their classification levels are and where they are located? NIPR/SIPR display control from at least 2 desks, with 5 additional desk inputs.

Ref Att. 1 – CyOC SON 2.3.2: Can CyOC clarify what the intent is for “an IP scalable video solution which can be controlled (present NIPR/SIPR) from at least two desks”? In the event we wish to expand our video wall or add additional displays, we’d like to maintain the availability for this platform to be scalable.

Is CyOC’s intent to have two (2) locations within the CyOC to control the LED Data Wall / AV solution? Or is the government referencing the capability to provide at least two (2) interfaces for workstations to be viewed on the LED data wall? Two primary desk for inputs to data wall, with capabilities for 10 more inputs across the office. We want to keep options open so we don’t limit input for the data wall to be just at those 2 desks.

For scalability, what capabilities are desired for the “5 more display destinations”. Are these single content source displays or will these displays be required to have multiple video images displayed simultaneously? Displays

Ref Att. 1 – CyOC SON 2.3.3: CyOC is requesting an audio system with “two ceiling microphones”, “at least 8 ceiling speakers”, and “for equal sound coverage.”

Can CyOC provide a room layout drawing detailing the source locations for each AV source, the location of the Desk Area, and provide length, width, and ceiling height information for the CyOC? See Room Layout CYOC attachment. Mounted camera for Teams is not allowed. Only VTC devices are permitted to have cameras. Microphones and mounted speakers are still good to go.
